How can you reach us?
Write to [email protected] from your usual email account. We do not use a contact form: your message only goes through your own email provider, and you keep a copy of what you sent.
We read every message. We cannot promise a reply time, but error reports are handled first.
What can you write to us about?
- An error in the keyboard: a key that does not give the right letter, a rule of the phonetic mode that does not match the explanation, a problem with harakat.
- An error in a text: a letter form, a transliteration or an Arabic example on the Arabic alphabet page.
- A menu that changed: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and apps sometimes rename or move a setting. If a guide such as type Arabic on Windows or on Android no longer matches your screen, tell us.
- An idea: a useful feature, a missing dialect letter, an app to cover.
- A question about your data: access, erasure or objection, as explained in the privacy policy.
What should you include in a report?
So we can reproduce the problem, please include if you can:
- the address of the page;
- your device and its system (for example Windows 11, iPhone, Samsung phone);
- your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge…);
- the mode you used (standard, QWERTY, phonetic) and what you typed;
- what you expected and what appeared. A screenshot helps a lot.
Display problems are the most common reports. They often come from text direction: Wikipedia notes that "Since Arabic is written from right to left, when one types with an Arabic keyboard, the letters will start appearing from the right side of the screen." If that is not what you see, tell us which app you pasted into.

Do not send sensitive data. The keyboard never transmits your text: if you want to show us a text, copy only the relevant part.
What do we do with your message?
Your email address and message are only used to reply to you and to fix the site. They are never sold, shared or added to a mailing list. You can ask at any time, at the same address, for our exchanges to be deleted.
Commercial, advertising or sponsored-post requests do not receive a reply.

Yes. Describe what you want to type and in which situation; ideas useful to many people are looked at first.
